Key Details
- All entries must be submitted by August 4th, 2025 at 6:00 PM EST. No late submissions will be accepted, so don’t wait until the last minute!
- Eligibility: Open to all pre-seed startups across any industry. Your business must be in the pre-seed or seed stage to qualify.
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be a U.S citizen
- Submission Format: Submit your pitch deck or pitch deck link. Ensure your deck is clear, professional, and easy to follow.
Grand Prize
The winner will take home $2,000 USD in funds—a powerful boost to help your startup journey. Whether it’s for product development, marketing, or scaling your vision, this prize is your opportunity to turn ambition into action!
What Happens Next
The winner will be announced on August 7th, 2025. They’ll receive $2,000 in business funds and bragging rights as the 10.22.D Pitch Deck Champion!

VCs don’t just want a pretty pitch deck—they want to see an investment worth making. With our Growth Level Entry, you’ll do more than compete for the $2,000 grand prize—you’ll receive a 1-page personalized feedback report highlighting the top 3 things to fix in your pitch deck to improve your startup's fundability. Feedback reports will be emailed no later than 3 weeks after purchase.
Our premium level includes entry into the competition and a 30 minute 1 on 1 strategy video call with Devin, managing partner at Quilt Capital VC.
