  • As a Client Acquisition Associate (CAA), you’ll play a key role in finding the next great startup or business that needs our premium services. Your mission is to identify businesses with scaling potential, research their needs, and make the first connection to bring them into our ecosystem. You’ll be the first point of contact, showing potential clients how our creative scaling strategies can transform their business.

    • Research and identify high-potential startups and businesses that align with our services

    • Conduct outreach through email and social media to initiate contact with prospective clients

    • Pinpoint client pain points and craft personalized messaging about how 10.22.D can help solve their challenges

    • Set up consultations between potential clients and our Creative Scaling Strategist, Devin P. Crudup

    • Track progress and manage client relationships using our CRM system

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Must be a U.S. citizen

    • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

    • A strong understanding of business fundamentals and terminology.

    • Experience in marketing, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

    • Excellent communication and persuasive writing skills

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit weekly outreach goals

    • Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)

    • Passion for helping startups and businesses grow

    • Competitive commission structure (10% of total client revenue from deals you secure)

  • Senior Pitch Deck Analyst

  • At  The 10.22.D Agency, we’re a business growth agency helping startups and small businesses start and scale with clarity and confidence. Our services cover the full spectrum of growth—from strategic consulting, pitch deck creation and coverage, and brand development. Now, we're looking for ambitious individuals to join our team as Senior Pitch Deck Analyst.

  • We’re looking for a Senior Pitch Deck Analyst to join our team on a temporary, project-based basis. In this role, you’ll review startup pitch decks and provide clear, strategic feedback that helps founders strengthen their storytelling, design, and investor-readiness.

    This is a 2-step application process:

    1. Trial Reviews: Applicants will complete one Lite, one Deep, and one Premium review (unpaid trial).

    2. Interview: Applicants who pass the trial step will be invited to a live interview.

    Onboarding: Successful candidates will be added to our project pool.

    ​

    • You’ll complete written reviews and record walkthrough videos (audio only) to explain your insights and recommendations.

    • Must be 18 years or older

    • Must be a U.S. citizen

    • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred

    • A strong understanding of business fundamentals and startup terminology.

    • Experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, or a related field.

    • Excellent communication and writing skills.

    • Experience analyzing pitch decks or investor presentations

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit weekly outreach goal

    • Passion for helping startups and businesses grow

    • This is a contract role, compensated per project.

      • Compensation:

        • Lite Review – $25

        • Deep Review – $75

        • Premium Review – $100

    • Fully remote position with flexible hours

    • This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position
