By booking or participating in a business advisory session and/or pitch deck session with Devin P. Crudup or any of The 10.22.D Agency's employees, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: All Sales Final - Payments for sessions are non-refundable, regardless of outcome or participation. No Guaranteed Results - There are no assurances of specific outcomes (e.g., increased revenue, funding secured, business growth). Success depends on your execution and external factors beyond the advisor's control. Independent Advice- Sessions are strictly advisory and do not constitute legal, business, financial, or tax advice. Please consult licensed professionals for those services. No Investment Affiliation - Sessions are not affiliated with Quilt Capital or any investment entity. Opinions expressed are solely those of Devin P. Crudup or The 10.22.D Agency's employees and not representative of any fund or financial institution. No Funding Promises - Participation does not guarantee funding, investor access, or introductions. While guidance may include fundraising insights, no promises of financial backing are made. Confidentiality - Information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without prior written consent, unless required by law. Intellectual Property - All strategies & materials shared by the advisor remain the advisor's intellectual property and may not be copied or shared without permission. Anything you bring to our work remains fully yours. Limitation of Liability - By participating in a session, you agree to hold Devin P. Crudup and The 10.22.D Agency harmless from any and all liability for decisions you make or outcomes that result from the advisory session. Under no circumstances shall the advisor be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the information provided. Non-Disclosure - You agree not to share or distribute any proprietary materials or information received. Likewise, any sensitive information you provide will remain confidential, barring legal obligation. Non-Disparagement - You agree not to publish or share false, defamatory, or disparaging statements about Devin P. Crudup, The 10.22.D Agency, or its services, including via reviews, social media, or other public forums. Age Requirement - By booking, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
