Advertising Terms & Conditions

By purchasing advertising space (“Ad Space”) on 10 22 D/ Ten Twenty Two D (“Website”), you (“Advertiser”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1. Eligibility & Approval.
All advertisements are subject to approval by 10 22 D/ Ten Twenty Two D. We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any ad content that we determine is inappropriate, misleading, offensive, or in conflict with our values.
b. Advertisers must ensure that their ad content complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to consumer protection, copyright, and trademark laws.
2. Payment & Refunds
a. Payment is required in full before the advertisement goes live.
b. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the ad has been placed, except in cases where the Website fails to fulfill the agreed-upon ad placement.
3. Ad Placement & Duration
a. Ad placement is determined at our discretion based on the advertising package purchased.
b. Advertisements will run for the agreed-upon duration. Early termination by the Advertiser will not result in a refund or credit.
c. We do not guarantee any specific level of engagement, impressions, clicks, or conversions.
4. Prohibited Content
a. Ads must not promote or contain any of the following: - Illegal, misleading, or deceptive content - Hate speech, discrimination, or violence - Adult content, pornography, or sexually explicit material - Gambling, illicit drugs, or any illegal products/services - Malicious software, phishing schemes, or harmful links
b. We reserve the right to remove any ad that violates this policy without notice and without a refund.
5. Liability & Indemnification
a. Advertiser assumes full responsibility for the content of their advertisement and any claims made therein.
b. Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 10 22 D/ Ten Twenty Two D and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their advertisement, including but not limited to legal fees and regulatory fines.
6. Modification & Termination
a. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued advertising after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
b. If we terminate an ad due to a violation of these terms, no refund or credit will be issued.
7. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing ad space, the Advertiser acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
