The 10.22.D Agency

Template Agreement

10.22.D Creative Agency will provide the following services with the purchase of a template:

  • 1 premade website template with a set number of web pages and features as listed in the product description. 

  • A how-to guide with step-by-step instructions on how to customize your template

    • Guide includes how to: change color & font, replace images, add products, purchase a Wix plan, connect a domain name, and publish your site.​

  • Additional web pages that are not included in basic template designs can be added at an additional fee.​

  • Templates will be sent once and cannot be sent to additional email addresses other than the email address provided upon purchase.

  • Template and how-to guides will be sent within 72 hours of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary. If you do not receive your template within 72 hours please contact us at contact@1022dcreative.com

10.22.D Creative Agency does not provide the following services:

  • creation of terms of service, privacy policy, or any other legal policies. The aforementioned is the sole responsibility of the template purchaser. The template owner is also responsible for adding said policies to their website. 

  • purchase of domain names

  • purchase of Wix plans

Pricing & Refund Policy

Template price does not include domain name(s) or monthly, or annual Wix plans.

Due to the nature of 10.22.D Creative Agency's digital products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. We cannot issue refunds. All purchases are nonrefundable and final. Please carefully review all policies, template features, and requirements before making a purchase. 

Support Policy

If you have any questions regarding your template please contact us at contact@1022dcreative.com. We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 3 business days. All Wix related questions should directed to Wix support. 

Intellectual Property & Warranties 

Any photography provided with the template is for demonstration purposes only and is copyrighted to its original creator. You must replace these photographs with your own images or source images yourself. We hold no liability for any image licensing and/or copyright issues that may occur through your unlawful use of the supplied images. The purchaser is legally responsible for all elements of text, photographs, logos, and anything else they decide to display on their website and will not hold 10.22.D Creative Agency or its web designers responsible for any third-party claims including, but not limited to copyright infringement, trademark infringement or intellectual property violations. With the purchase of a template, the purchaser agrees to be solely liable for any and all legal responsibilities in the event(s) of any copyright infringement, trademark infringement, intellectual property violations or any other claims made by a third party.

10.22.D Creative Agency and its web designers do not represent or warrant that web design templates and services provided will create additional sales, exposure, brand recognition, profits, or other benefits. In addition to the above, 10.22.D Creative Agency and its web designers hold no responsibility towards the Client in the event that the delivered work or consultations do not lead to the Client’s desired results.

The purchaser agrees to give 10.22.D Creative Agency permission to use images, links, and any other forms of completed website in marketing promotions, digital portfolio, company website, and all other forms of written, printed, and digital advertisements used to market 10.22.D Creative Agency's services for future profit. Purchaser agrees that they are not entitled to any form of compensation from profits made from the use of completed website in marketing materials.
